Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your right to cancel

You have a right to cancel your order for goods at any time up to 1 days prior to dispatch.

Same day orders will not be refunded since we would have started making the cake immediately.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Our right to cancel

The sale and supply of goods are always subject to availability of stock, and receipt of your payment in cleared funds, so: In the event that we are reasonably unable to supply the goods, which you have ordered due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavor to inform you of this as soon as possible and our contract with you will, insofar as it relates to goods, which we are unable to supply, be treated as cancelled. Any payment, which you have made, will be refunded to you in full into the card account that was originally charged.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled, we will refund the amount to the card that was charged, please give us upto 7 business days for the refund to process .
